Keeping on the forum format of software and looking beyond the nostalgia...
I'd say nothing about Yamaha until we know if the new Montage software is released to the public without buying the hardware. Roland being subscription and nothing new that I would considering exciting leaves them out conpletely. So by deduction, that leaves Korg and my fav new plugins I like from them are Wavestate and Modwave.
My fav "instruments" for new things are shifting more towards other companies though.
